Fee Schedule for Commissioners


(Revised 5/3/2016 , Effective 2016-17)

SCHEDULE AND GAME CHANGE FEES

1. Schedules not received by commissioner by due date: $75.00

a. Fall schedules due by June 1.
b. Winter schedules due by October 1.
c. Spring schedules due by February 1.

2. Starting a game late (Football): $75.00
3. Changes that occur 48 hours or less, prior to contest: $75.00
4. Cancellation of a contest for a frivolous reason: $100.00

RULES CLINIC FEES

1. Not attending state rules clinic or online clinic if available: $75.00
2. Missing make-up clinic: $300.00
3. Missing 2nd make-up clinic: $600.00

NOTE: Head coaches are required to attend the clinic. The Principal shall notify the
commissioner if the head coach cannot attend and must identify a substitute coach.

EVALUATIONS – BALLOTS AND PAYING OFFICIALS

1. Late official evaluations (2 weeks following game): N/A

NOTE: Official evaluations are no longer mandatory. Coaches, however, are
encouraged to submit them on a voluntary basis in the interest of improved officiating.

2. Failure to return officials’ ballot: (End of season ranking) $75.00
3. Habitual failure of school to pay officials in a timely manner: Subject to a
Board of Control fine of up to $1500.00 and/or not assigning officials.

a. Payment should be made through Arbiter or mailed within 2 business days of
contest.
b. Athletic Directors should inform the commissioner(s) ASAP if payment delays are
expected.

NOTE: All fines/fees are subject to appeal through the Board of Control
